Balloon Faces Crafts

What you need: 

 balloons, 

card stock or paper, 

scissors, 

double-faced adhesive tape, 

optionally EVA foam, 

crepe paper

What you need: 

 

Blow up the balloon.

Cut eyes, nose, and mouth out of card stock, paper or EVA foam. 

You can also use prefabricated EVA foam shapes.

Lay out a face.

Cut out small pieces of double-faced adhesive tape 

and apply the parts to the balloon.

For making hairs cut several stripes out of crepe paper. 

Apply them to the balloon with double-faced adhesive tape as well.
Stick a thread to the balloon for hanging.
